Ministry of communities, territories and infrastructure development of Ukraine (MinRecovery)
Role
MinRecovery (recently merged from two other ministries) is a body of the executive power, responsible for transport, road management, provision of postal services and infrastructure, and for housing and communal policy, energy efficiency of construction.
Detailed information
MinRecovery is a key driver of development of mechanisms of incentivizing investment in green transport projects, modernization of the public and residential buildings sector as well as of the sustainable development of regions of Ukraine.
It should be noted that the joined Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine (MinRecovery) is expected to be an active player in recovery actions.
Initiated and support establishment by the Cabinet of Ministers of the State agency on recovery and infrastructure development of Ukraine in order to implement not only projects related to recovery of destroyed buildings, but also measures related to energy efficiency and recovery of energy infrastructure. Agency is using funds accumulated under the United24 crowdfunding program and managed by Mustafa Nayyem (formed Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine).
