Supporting Ukraine in the implementation of the Paris Agreement and Adaptation to the impact of climate change in the Black See Region (PAABS)

The overall objective aims at the implementation of the Paris Agreement by Ukraine following low carbon pathways, building a climate resilient future. This will comprise the improvement of capacities and mechanisms for effective implementation of the PA and climate policies, the strengthening of the Energy Partnership Working Groups, the improvement of capacities of CO2 and air pollutants companies to reduce the consumption of resources, energy and other environmental impacts as well as making available best adaptation practice for uptake across Ukraine and the Black Sea Region.
