Support for the establishment of an emissions trading scheme (ETS) in Ukraine

The project is supporting the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine in establishing an emissions trading scheme (ETS). It is working closely with the Ministry to set up the fundamental component of the ETS: the monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) system.

• Series of 7 stakeholder engagement events of the ETS design (finalized in 2023)
• Support with implementation of the MRV system
• Finalization of GHG data management system (DMS)
