Description

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is a government organisation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. JICA provides technical assistance, grants and concessional loans to developing countries to promote their economic and social development.

JICA implements technical and grant assistance projects in Ukraine in three areas:

  1. Cooperation to ensure the functioning of Ukraine’s infrastructure;
  2. Cooperation with Ukraine’s neighbouring countries and support for evacuated Ukrainians for regional stabilisation;
  3. Support for recovery and reconstruction.
