Opinion: Rebuilding Resilience – the Role of the Ukrainian Climate Office in Green Transformation

The new article highlights the role of the Ukrainian Climate Office’s establishment as an independent governmental institution. 

Julia Jesson, heading the Capacities for Climate Action Project/ UCO, in its article for Ukrainian analytical digest highlights Ukraine’s strategic efforts to integrate climate policy into its national agenda during wartime and EU accession process. She also discusses the role of the Ukrainian Climate Office (UCO) role in promoting sustainable practices and EU integration, emphasizing that effective leadership and flexibility in climate mainstreaming are key to Ukraine’s environmental and economic resilience.
