As Ukraine advances on its path toward climate resilience and economic modernization, carbon tax reform has become a pivotal tool. This event aims to:

• Share international experiences and best practices in carbon pricing
• Present initial policy proposals for reforming Ukraine’s carbon tax
• Facilitate expert dialogue on key assumptions and the methodological approach for evaluating the economic and distributional impacts of the proposed reform

Who should attend:

Policymakers, researchers, economists, climate experts, civil society representatives, and international partners engaged in carbon pricing and sustainable fiscal policy.
