As Ukraine faces the immense challenge of rebuilding its energy infrastructure, it is crucial to embrace a green recovery strategy that not only ensures energy security but also fosters inclusivity. This round table will focus on the vital role of women in the energy transition, highlighting opportunities for gender equality, economic empowerment, and workforce transformation in the sector.
Together we will explore:

- Overcoming workforce shortages through targeted training in energy efficiency and low-carbon technologies
- Inspiring stories of women leading the energy transition in Ukraine
- Out-of-the-box strategies to enhance women’s impact on sustainable energy development.
