Second Coordination Meeting between international donor projects related to climate topics

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Ukrainian Climate Office under the Capacities for Climate Action (C4CA) project and the Secretariat of the German-Ukrainian Energy Partnership project will host the second Coordination Meeting between international donor projects related to climate topics. The event will take place online on July 11, 2024 from 14:00 to 16:00 CET (15:00 to 17:00 Kyiv time).

The meeting seeks to bring together international organizations, businesses, and initiatives in order to offer valuable assistance to the Ukrainian government and other stakeholders in synchronizing various strategic documents covering climate related topics on national and regional levels, and also to attract attention of international donor funded projects in order to enhance their support towards effective implementation of relevant policies and measures.

 Additionally, this event will be dedicated to aligning activities of donor funded projects that are focusing on policy advice and on-the-ground implementation of small-scale decentralized renewable energy solutions, in order to identify the ways on how to overcome barriers to ensure rapid scaling-up of green energy projects and initiate possible cooperation between implementors.
