a technical analysis of the current situation in Ukraine concerning the use, production, import, export, storage, and processing of ODS and F-gases in various technological processes and equipment
a review of how other countries have successfully implemented relevant legislation
a comparative analysis of Ukrainian and EU legislation in this critical area
